1. Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the date of tour – 50% cancellation fee.
2. Confirmed bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the date of tour – 20% cancellation fee.
3. Confirmed bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the date of tour – 0% cancellation fee.
4. Guests will not be allowed to participate in tour if COVID symptoms are observed at pick up. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If rescheduled, no penalty will apply.
5. If guests develop COVID symptoms during the tour, they will be removed and arrangements made for their return. Transport costs associated with this will be at guests’ expense.
6. Tour leaders will have the sole discretion to remove guests if COVID symptoms emerge.
7. Social distancing requirements will apply, guests to be 1.5 metres apart.
8. Guest’s name and mobile no will be required for contact tracing purposes.
9. Seats will be allocated In the vehicle, no changing of these will be permitted.
